May is ALS awareness month!

Every May, I am an ALS sponsor for a flag event in Washington DC in honor of my brother Joe.  They display 6000 flags.  Joe will have a flag this year and next year with his name on it!  I'm hoping to attend next May to be part of this wonderful event.

It's hard to believe that Joe has been missing from our lives for 2 1/2 years!
ALS sure robbed him of the many years he should have had left on this earth!

Due to circumstances last fall, Joe's Key Team was unable to participate in the ALS fundraising walk, but this year we're back and ready to support,  raise awareness and help generate funds to hopefully get closer to a enabling people with ALS to have a better quality of life!

Please consider supporting Joe's team by joining us on September 27th at Dunkin' Park to walk with us, make a donation, or simply come out to cheer us on!!  There's always room for volunteers that day too!  No donation is too small!  I know Joe's watching down on us, so let's make him proud!!
