Hi everyone! It's been five years since my husband Jeff Corbett, beloved father, brother, son and friend, fought the disease ALS with everything he had! To celebrate his life we owe it to him and those who came before and those who will come after him to continue to fight this fight against this horrible disease and eradicate it! Simply, it takes MONEY and putting ALS in the forefront to create the science to cure this disease. Peter Corbett, Jeff's brother was the chair of the board for the CT chapter and fought to change the chapter to ALS United and become independent of the National chapter to enable more funding to go directly to the people who need it most. Unfortunately Peter fought his own battle with cancer and passed away last year. Our family is walking this year to support these two extraordinary heroes!
