Hi family and friends,
I’m proud to be participating in ALS United Connecticut’s Walk ALS to raise critical funds for individuals and families affected by ALS.
Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), also known as Lou Gehrig’s Disease, is a progressive and fatal neuromuscular disease. It slowly robs a person of their ability to walk, speak, swallow, and eventually breathe. The average life expectancy after diagnosis is just 2 to 5 years. ALS can strike anyone—regardless of age, gender, or background. Right now, there is no known cause, and no cure.
That’s why this walk matters.
Joining ALS United Connecticut’s Walk ALS is one of the most powerful ways we can come together to raise awareness, provide local support for families, and fund research for treatments and, one day, a cure. Every dollar raised stays here in Connecticut to support those fighting this disease.
If you’re able, please consider supporting me and my team by making a donation through my page. Your generosity will directly help fund essential services, provide hope to families facing ALS, and bring us closer to a world without this devastating disease.
Feel free to share this with anyone who may want to help.
Thank you so much for your support. It truly means everything.
With gratitude,
Dan
