Westport Walkathon to Defeat ALS October 18, 2025

It’s that time of the year again … I feel fortunate to say we are still fighting right beside Daniel as he courageously battles this horrific disease one day ( sometimes 1 hour ) at a time. We hit 4 years this past March and I am so thankful Daniel will see his son graduate High School next month. Sounds like a silly thing to most to say out loud but it’s our reality. They told us we had 3-5 years BUT get this … we have fought hard and we are strong and we are here fighting for a cure so other families one day won't be told their loved one has a max of 5 years to live and there is no hope. We will never give up HOPE. Daniel will never stop FIGHTING. We can’t however do this alone - we need your help. We walk ( and roll ) October 18th in Westport at Sherwood Island to help fund a cure. We need your help to make what’s happening to our family stop … we need to make ALS something you live with - not something you die of!

Any amount big or small gets us that much closer to a cure and Daniel another day with his family and friends. Come walk with us - Daniel is always so happy to see everyone at the walk, and if you can ... how about do both! Daniel deserves a fighting chance. Zachary deserves to have his Dad see him grow into a successful young man and I of course don’t want to imagine my world without the love of my life in it …. Please help us find that cure ❤
